This eggnog fondue recipe is easy to prepare, with only 3 ingredients. It's a great desert fondue for the holiday season. Experiment with various dippers, such as pound cake, apple slices, marshmallows, and graham crackers.
2 cups prepared eggnog
4 tablespoons Cognac, divided
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Graham crackers, for serving
Sliced fruit, such as apples or bananas, for serving
1. Combined 2 tablespoons cognac and cornstarch together in a small bowl, stirring. Set aside.
2. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine eggnog and remaining 2 tbs cognac, stir. Pour cornstarch mixture into saucepan. Stir often until mixture has thickened.Transfer to a fondue pot over low heat.
Serve with graham crackers and sliced apples, or desired dippers.
