Fondue Recipes
About this fondue recipe:
A declious take on cheese fondue, this recipe combines Swiss emmental cheese with cheddar cheese and beer.

Ingredients:
8 oz grated emmental cheese
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cornstarch or flour
1, 12 oz beer, recommend a lager such as Stella
1 garlic clove, finely minced
Pinch ground black pepper and salt
Pinch ground red pepper
French bread, cut into cubes

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine cheese and flour or cornstarch. Mix together until cheese is well coated. Set aside.

2. In a fondue pot, combine all ingredients except for the bread. Heat until well melted, stirring often to prevent lumping.

Serve with french bread.
